SEARCH TOOLS

To find a specific product or type of product using our search feature first select a search category from the drop down menu below the search box. Category options are Description or Item Number.

Search by Description

If you have selected the description category, simply type a key word into the blank search box and click the search button. To narrow results, try searching by the root of a word. For example: 'number' rather than 'numbers' since a search will generate both.

Search by Item Number

If you know our EZ number, select the item number category from the drop down menu below the search box. Type the item number into the search box and click the search button. For example: ' ez 109' will generate matches for our 7.5” chartreuse numbers.

Search by Site Map

You may also browse our site map to find products. Within this directory similar items are categorized together. Please note that since we are still in the process of adding products, especially custom imprinted products, to our web store, not all of the products shown in our catalogs are currently available in our web store. ORDER PROCESS

Selecting an Item

Once you have selected the color, size and style of item you would like to purchase you can added the item to your shopping cart by clicking buy now. This will take you to your order basket. From your basket you can click continue shopping to return to our store or proceed to the order check out phase.

*Please note that since many of our windshield numbers and signs are sold individually by the dozen, you will have to click continue shopping and return to the original item page to select size and color for each number and or slogan you would like to include in your final purchase.

Order Basket Features

From the order basket registered customers can choose an alternate ship to address for all or part of their purchase. See the FAQ section on your account for information on how to become a registered customer and create an address book.

The order basket is also equipped with a shipping calculator to help estimate UPS shipping fees to your city, state and zip code. Please be aware that while we make every effort to up date charges according to UPS guidelines, our software may not be completely accurate. Additional fees may apply to actual order.

Checkout

At this stage in the order process non-registered customers can enter a one time ship to address as well as billing information for a one time order. See the FAQ section on your account for information on how to become a registered customer and create an address book and save billing information for future orders.

Once billing and shipping address information has been entered, continue on to select a shipping method. UPS ground is our standard method of shipping, however, you may also select UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select. UPS COD is also available if you choose to pay by check when your order is delivered. Air delivery methods also apply to COD shipments. Please note that shipping charges may vary from those calculated on the web.

When you reach the payment portion of the checkout process you will be prompted to enter credit card information if that is your chosen method of payment. If you will be paying by COD, simply check of the box marked for this option and click buy now.

Order Confirmation

When you have reached the order confirmation screen you will receive an order confirmation number and a summary of your order. A confirmation email will be sent if an email address was provided. Please print the confirmation page for your records.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping & Delivery Time

Internet orders placed by 3:00 Pacific Standard Time usually ship the same day. Expedited shipping methods are available such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. Please notify us via email or call our toll free number if an order is needed in hands by a certain date. Please also be aware that selected items are made to order and may take several business days to ship. Items temporarily out of stock or made to order products may be shipped separately.

International Orders & Alternate Shipping Carriers

Because orders shipping outside of the continental United States may incur substantial shipping charges we may also ship your order with a shipping carrier other than UPS. Most international orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service. We can also arrange to have your order shipped by FEDEX or DHL. Please note, our online shipping calculator does not reflect shipping rates for alternate carriers. Actual shipping charges may vary from those displayed on the web.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also select to have your order sent COD (Check/Money Order on Delivery). There will be a COD fee added to each COD order.

Open Accounts/ Net 30 Billing

If your company has an established account with us, please choose the COD method of payment. When your order has been downloaded into our system from the web the payment status will automatically update and an invoice will be mailed to your billing address. If you would like to set up an open account, please request a credit application by calling (800)422-8442, or download, fill out and fax or mail this PDF credit application. (requires PDF viewer)

California State Tax

State tax, based on the rate for Orange County, will be applied to all orders shipped within California.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please notify E-Z Lettering Service with all changes or cancellations immediately. Because most orders ship the same day they are placed, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs incurred due to a cancellation or change.

Although we make every effort to maintain the prices shown in our web site, E-Z Lettering Service reserves the right to change prices due to an increase in product cost.

If an order is received damaged, please keep all of the damaged products and the original packaging box with the shipping labels. Call E-Z Lettering Service immediately to file a claim.

Your satisfaction is very important to us at E-Z Lettering Service. If you would like to return merchandise within 30 days of purchase, please call us at 800-422-8442 immediately for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Credit card processing is done via a Thawte secure site. Your information is protected by a secure server, which enables SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect sensitive data and transactions.

E-Z Lettering Service does not disclose nor sell your company information to any third party. However, if you do not wish to receive any future E-Z Lettering Service catalogs or mailings, please send us your request or contact Info USA direct at 800-555-5335.
