To find a specific product or type of product using our search feature simply type the item number(i.e. EZ109 or 109), name of the product (i.e. Swooper Flag Kit), type of product(i.e. vinyl, banner) , one word description like “number” or a multi word description as in “red number”. Then hit the “GO” button or enter key.

You may also browse our site map to find products. Within this directory similar items are categorized together. Please note that since we are still in the process of adding products, especially custom imprinted products, to our web store, not all of the products shown in our catalogs are currently available in our web store. Select an item from a Department, Sub Department or by using the search tool. When selecting a product from a Sub Department category you will either be able to click on “options” which will take you to the product page or select “buy” that will add the item and quantity you’ve selected directly to your cart.

Products that display “options” will allow you to choose the style, color or size of that specific item. For example most of our Adhesive Windshield Numbers are sold in individual packs of a dozen. For these items you will need to order each individual number ($, 0, 1, 2, etc) by adding each number to your cart and then select “Continue Shopping”. This will take you back to the previous page you were shopping on.


When ready to complete your purchase click on the Proceed to Checkout button in your Cart. Returning customers will be able to sign in using the email address and password originally used to register on our site. New customers will need to register by clicking on the Register button and entering your information. You will then proceed to the Customer Information page. Here you can either select to ship to the billing address, enter a ship to address or for returning customer select an address from your address book.

NOTE: This is the only page you will be able to update or change your cart. If you wish to change your order click on the shopping basket link above the shipping address bar.

Once billing and shipping address information has been entered, continue to the Checkout page. Here you will be able to view your billing and shipping address, view the items in your cart as well as the quantity and price of items. It will also show you the subtotal, tax and allow you to choose your shipping method. UPS ground is our standard method of shipping; however, you may also select UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select. UPS COD is also available if you choose to pay by check when your order is delivered. Air delivery methods also apply to COD shipments. Please note that shipping charges may vary from those calculated on the web.

From this page you will enter your payment method. At this time we accept Credit Card Payments by Visa, Master Card and American Express. If your company has an established account with us, you can select "invoice" as the method of payment.   We also ship using COD (Cash/Money Order On Delivery) payments, an additional COD fee will be added to the shipping charge. If you choose the COD method of payment, once your order is ready to ship, you will be contacted by phone or email and given the exact amount for your check or money order. 

If you wish to add a Purchase Order Number(PO#) or any additional shipping instructions please do so in the Shipping Instructions box. Please make sure to double check your order and payment method and click the Submit Order button. This will complete your order and take you to the confirmation page.

Order Confirmation

When you have reached the order confirmation screen you will receive an order confirmation number and a summary of your order. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Please print the confirmation page for your records. If at this time there is something wrong with your order or a change must be made please contact E-Z Lettering Service immediately by calling us at 1-800-422-8442.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders shipping ground will ship after being processed. Most orders ship same day.  Expedited shipping methods are available such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. Please notify us via email or call our toll free number if an order is needed in hands by a certain date. Please also be aware that selected items are made to order and may take several business days to ship. Items temporarily out of stock or made to order products may be shipped separately.  Orders ship from Kansas City, MO 64120.  Use the map below to see days in transit.

International Orders

Because orders shipping outside of the continental United States may incur substantial shipping charges we may also ship your order with a shipping carrier other than UPS. Most international orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service. Please note, our online shipping calculator does not reflect shipping rates for alternate carriers. Actual shipping charges may vary from those displayed on the web. Please contact us via our toll free number for any and all international shipping inquiries.


We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also select to have your order sent COD (Check/Money Order on Delivery). There will be a COD fee added to each COD order.

Open Accounts/ Net 30 Billing

If your company has an established account with us, please choose the COD method of payment. When your order has been downloaded into our system from the web the payment status will automatically update and an invoice will be mailed to your billing address. If you would like to set up an open account, please request a credit application by calling (800) 422-8442.

Missouri State Tax

State tax, based on the rate for Kansas City, MO will be applied to all orders shipped within Missouri.


Please notify E-Z Lettering Service with all changes or cancellations immediately. Because most orders ship the same day they are placed, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs incurred due to a cancellation or change.

Although we make every effort to maintain the prices shown in our web site, E-Z Lettering Service reserves the right to change prices due to an increase in product cost.

If an order is received damaged, please keep all of the damaged products and the original packaging box with the shipping labels. Call E-Z Lettering Service immediately to file a claim.

Your satisfaction is very important to us at E-Z Lettering Service. If you would like to return merchandise within 30 days of purchase, please call us at 800-422-8442 immediately for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
