Because orders shipping outside of the continental United States may incur substantial shipping charges we may also ship your order with a shipping carrier other than FedEx. Most international orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service. Please note, our online shipping calculator does not reflect shipping rates for alternate carriers. Please notify E-Z Lettering Service with all changes or cancellations immediately. Because most orders ship the same day they are placed, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs incurred due to a cancellation or change.
