immediately. Because most orders ship the same day they are placed, the
customer may be responsible for shipping costs incurred due to a cancellation

an increase in product cost.
If an order is received damaged, please keep all of the damaged products
and the original packaging box with the shipping labels. Call E-Z Lettering
