There are areas to print your company logo/crest, company address & telephone numbers and your service hours. The Folio dimensions are 9 1/8 inches wide x 6 inches tall. There are areas for your customer to record accident, service and trip information on the backside of the flap and Folio. 3 styles to choose from.

No art charges for using our standard print type style standard logos. Orders requiring special typefaces or logos will require clear black & white camera ready artwork and may incur an art charge depending on the design complexity and will be quoted.
Styles A & B will print custom information in red ink only. Style C will print custom information in Royal (Reflex) Blue only. Style D will print custom information in black ink only.
